To celebrate the arrival of May, sunshine (finally) and good humor, we have created a limited edition 100% pistachio for you, to be discovered in all our restaurants in Paris, Boulogne and Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Ultra-gourmet, homemade recipes, designed to add a green (and very cool) touch to your brunch!

Our melted, delicious grilled cheese, enhanced with pistachio pesto: it's the perfect combo for your lunch breaks!

Our snack is as crispy as it is crunchy: crispy angel hair pasta, our homemade pistachio cream, all coated in milk chocolate. Perfect for ending your meal on a sweet note, or paired with your latte or acai for a great energy boost at breakfast or as a snack!

We've also created some sweet drinks to accompany our meals or to enjoy at any time of day; our pistachio praline is the perfect complement to round out the taste of coffee and soften that of matcha. Comfort and addiction guaranteed!

The spring favorite is still here: our Spring Bowl remains on the menu throughout May. Made with antioxidant acai cream, fresh strawberries, banana, our crunchy granola, and homemade peanut butter, it's the perfect bowl for a vitamin-packed brunch. And if you want to give it an extra touch of indulgence, you can even add our pistachio cream as a topping .
