To celebrate the arrival of May, the sun (finally!), and good vibes, we've created a limited-edition 100% pistachio collection just for you, available in all our restaurants in Paris, Boulogne, and Saint-Germain-en-Laye. These are incredibly delicious, homemade recipes designed to add a green (and very cool) touch to your brunch!
Pistachio Grilled Cheese
Our melty, indulgent grilled cheese, enhanced with pistachio pesto: it's the perfect combo for your lunch breaks!
Pistachio Balls
Our irresistibly crunchy snack: crispy angel hair pasta, our homemade pistachio cream, all coated in milk chocolate. Perfect for ending your meal on a sweet note, or to enjoy with your latte or açaí for a great energy boost at breakfast or as an afternoon treat!
Pistachio Matcha or Pistachio Latte
We've also created smooth, indulgent drinks to accompany our dishes or to enjoy at any time of day; our pistachio praline is the perfect complement to round out the taste of coffee and soften the flavor of matcha. Comfort and addiction guaranteed!

Spring's favorite is still here: our Spring Bowl remains on the menu throughout May. Made with antioxidant-rich açaí cream, fresh strawberries, banana, our crunchy granola, and homemade peanut butter, it's the perfect bowl for a vitamin-packed brunch. And if you want to give it an extra touch of indulgence, you can even add our pistachio cream as a topping .
